Welcome to Ark1eGa8rielle Photogrphy Terms and Conditions. 

By accessing or using our website and sevices, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carfully before booking a session or using any of our services.

General information 

These terms and Conditions apply to all photography sessions, services, and website use offered by Ark1eGa8rielle Photography. By booking with us or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understoof, and agreed to these terms. 

Booking and payments. 

A booking deposit of $50 is required to secure your session date 

Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received any you receive written confirmation from us. 

remaining balances must be paid in full by the due date specified in your invoice or aagreement. 

All deposites are non- refundable unless otherwise stated

Failure to pay remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of your session, or an extra charge of $50 for a late fee charge. 

Cancellations and rescheduling 

- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to qualify for a refund (minus deposit) 

- rescheduling requests will be accomodated where possible, subject to avaliability. 

- If the session is cancelled by us due to unforseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equitment failure, weather conditions), a full refund or reschedule will be offered. 

Image Rights and usage 

 All images taken by Ark1eGa8rielle remain the intellectual property and copyright of the photographer.

Clients are granted personal use rights only, meaning images may be shared online or printed for personal use, but may not be sold, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

We reserve the right to use images for promotional purposes (such as on our website, social media, or portfolio), unless you request in writing that your images remain private.

Client conduct 

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared for their session.

If a client is late, the session may be shortened to accommodate other bookings.

The photographer reserves the right to terminate a session if the client or participants behave inappropriately or pose a safety risk.

Editing and delivery 

Standard editing (color correction, exposure, cropping, etc.) is included in all packages.

Extensive retouching or special editing requests may incur additional fees.

Edited images will be delivered digitally within one week unless otherwise agreed.

Raw, unedited files are not provided.

Limitation of liability

While every effort is made to ensure satisfaction and high-quality results, Ark1Ga8rielle Photography cannot guarantee any specific outcomes due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, location restrictions, client cooperation).

In the unlikely event of loss, damage, or technical failure of images, liability shall be limited to a refund of payments received.

Privacy

Your personal information (such as name, email, and phone number) is collected solely for the purpose of communication and service delivery. We do not share your details with third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of  Queensland, Australia . Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction
